Kniephof - Konarzewo | manor house presentation

Manor in Konarzewo was built on a rectangular with dimensions 36m × 17m. It contains cellar, floor and attic with total floorage of ca 1000 m². Attic can be fully used. Building needs general overhaul. The palace, as well as the park in Konarzewo are listed in the National Heritage Register of National Heritage Regional Board in Szczecin (registration number: 1305). It means that, under polish law, renovation in order to use of the palace, require an agreement with the National Heritage Regional Board.

Building requires general overhaul including renovation of:
- elevation, roof, and necessary setting in windows and external doors,
- interior with floors, stairs and internal doors,
- plumbing, wiring and heating systems.
Conservationist protection
In case of adaptation or overhaul, it is required to have heritage conservationist documentation and to agree on:
- range and means of conservations,
- program for the development and further use of the historic building and its surroundings.
